Mission

Our mission.

Nexis Health is built by clinicians for clinicians. Our mission is to deliver an electronic health record that supports the clinical visit - surfacing the right information at the right moment, automating documentation and coding, and giving providers more time with their patients.

How we work

Our operating principles.

Clinician-led product

Product decisions come directly from a practicing physician's experience across outpatient and facility-based care.

Rapid iteration

Roughly 2,600 commits in 60 days. Every feature traces to a clinical workflow or operational requirement.

AI-native architecture

Ambient documentation, clinical extraction, and SOAP structuring are part of the core platform, embedded alongside the chart.

HIPAA-aligned by design

Multi-tenant isolation, field-level PHI encryption, and comprehensive audit logging are part of the original schema.

We understand the business of healthcare

Operational efficiency and revenue integrity are built into the platform - not bolted on. Integrated coding assistance, claim preflight, and denial management translate better documentation directly into improved billing outcomes.

Passionate about time with patients

Every workflow decision is measured against one question: does this give clinicians more time with their patients? Automation, ambient documentation, and streamlined charting exist for that purpose alone.
