Roadmap

Where we are. Where we're going.

A public timeline from early access to general availability.

Today

Advanced functional prototype.

~790K lines of code, ~2,600 commits, 60 days of founder-led work.

Built

21 clinical care areas, 10 administrative domains, full revenue cycle, and supply management. Patient portal with FHIR export, telehealth, and self-scheduling. Analytics warehouse with 10 materialized views and voice-driven query. FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, and DICOM interoperability. Ambient AI documentation with clinical extraction and SOAP structuring.

Hardened

Internal security audit completed March 30, 2026. All 27 findings resolved. April hardening sprint added a JWT denylist, rate limiter, HMAC webhook validation, and a dedicated mTLS gateway.

Tested

Synthetic probe runs hourly across login, patient search, chart open, note open, and logout. Hard release gate blocks deploy on two consecutive failures. Post-deploy health checks with 5, 15, and 30-minute SLO windows.

Timeline

Upcoming milestones.

Updated as each milestone ships.

  2. May 2026

    In progress

    AWS migration and public demo

Migration to AWS enables on-demand evaluation environments for investors and pilot practices.

  3. June 1, 2026

    Planned

    Alpha testing

Invited rollout to clinicians and practices with direct feedback to the engineering team.

  4. September 1, 2026

    Planned

    Beta launch

Broader access for the early-access list and partner organizations.

  5. January 1, 2027

    Planned

    Production go-live

General availability under a stable release cadence.

Beyond

Beyond production.

Formal certifications, the mobile companion, and additional integration work.

Certifications

SOC 2, HITRUST, and ONC certifications are on the post-production roadmap. The architecture is HIPAA-aligned today; the formal audits and reviews come after general availability.

Mobile

A React Native mobile companion is in early implementation, with quick-reference cards, action queues, and on-call deep-link targets across 18 mobile-first screens.
