A compositional care-area hierarchy — 8 site types, 13 family templates, 87 specialties, and 28 dashboard overlays composed at runtime — running 66 active area instances across two live tenants. The hospice specialty is feature-complete: IDG, plan of care, symptom management, election periods, and the Medicare hospice billing and cap engine. Full revenue cycle with the Payer Policy Engine (CARC/RARC, NCCI, MUE, claim scrubber). Patient portal with FHIR export, telehealth, and self-scheduling. Analytics warehouse with 10 materialized views and voice-driven query. Ambient AI documentation with End-Visit-to-Sign workflow.
Hardened
Internal security audit completed March 30, 2026. All 27 findings resolved. April hardening sprint added a JWT denylist, rate limiter, HMAC webhook validation, and a dedicated mTLS gateway. April 24 added FHIR-inbound JWT signature verification with JWKS-based strict-by-default policy.
Tested
Synthetic probe runs hourly across login, patient search, chart open, note open, and logout. Hard release gate blocks deploy on two consecutive failures. Post-deploy health checks auto-roll back at 5, 15, and 30-minute SLO windows. k6 load-test baselines and gitleaks secret scanning gate every release.

Certifications
SOC 2, HITRUST, and ONC certifications are on the post-production roadmap. The architecture is HIPAA-aligned today; the formal audits and reviews come after general availability.
Mobile
A React Native mobile companion is in planning, with eighteen mobile-first screens already scaffolded — quick-reference cards, action queues, and on-call deep-link targets — alongside an offline-first architecture with WatermelonDB and a persistent write queue.
